Return & Refund Policy

Returns/Exchanges: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of your purchase or date your order ships to Return/Exchange your item. All returns are refunded via STORE CREDIT or exchanges for NEW ITEMS within 14 DAYS of Purchase. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order if it was placed via the Sassyn store website. Please include your packing list or order # with your online return. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns and exchanges. Note: Items returned in person to the store will not incur shipping costs.

All items MUST be returned/Exchanged with receipt or proof of purchase in original packaging. Damaged Returns/Exchange will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All Returns/Exchange must be unworn, unaltered, unused and unwashed with all tags attached. If we find any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your Return/Exchange.

Exceptions/Non-returnable/Exchange Items. The following items are excluded and cannot be returned or exchanged: Formal Dresses, Accessories including Sunglasses, Jewelry, Hats and handbags. Gift Cards or Sale Items. Used items with scents or signs of wear. 

Online Purchases Store Credit: Once we have received your return, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued. Still have questions? If you send an email outside our regular business hours, please allow one business day for a response.

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
