Born and raised in Kenya, Connie, came to the US with a dream that she made a reality. As a mother, entrepreneur, designer, and all-around businesswoman there is nothing she cannot do. What started as an online store, eventually expanded to a physical location where she was able to share her passions with the world.
"I've always been interested in fashion". Connie -CEO of Sassyn. When I was a little girl, my mother used to buy me dresses which I would cut to redesign. I would do this with all my clothes. One day, my mother bought me this expensive dress for church, by the following day, I had cut it into pieces to redesign. I never managed to put it back together, she swore never to buy me any more clothes, that was not the case. I've always had this crazy imagination for trendy, unique fashion forward designs.
With the help of my niece Elizabeth, who is stylish and has a keen eye for fashion. Together we came up with Sassyn."
